Digital Product Refund Policy

REDACTOR STUDIO sells downloadable digital resources for FiveM through Tebex. No physical goods are shipped. Access and delivery are provided digitally after a successful payment.

Returns

Digital products cannot be physically returned. Once access to a download has been supplied, ordinary returns are not available.

When to contact us

Please contact support if an order was charged more than once, the purchased files were not delivered, or a confirmed technical defect prevents the product from working as described. We will review the order and help resolve the issue through the applicable Tebex process.

Before purchasing

• Read the product description and requirements.
• Use available screenshots, videos and test servers.
• Confirm framework and dependency compatibility.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law. Tebex checkout and payment-provider terms also apply to every order.
