REDACTOR STUDIO respects your privacy and aims to keep the use of our FiveM store clear and transparent.

Information we process

When you browse the store, contact support, sign in or place an order, limited account, order, support and technical information may be processed to provide the requested service, prevent abuse and resolve product issues.

Checkout and third-party services

Payments and checkout are provided by Tebex. Sign-in, game services and community support may involve Tebex, Cfx.re, Discord or other services you choose to use. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Technical diagnostics

REDACTOR resources may send limited installation, update-check, server and error diagnostic information where this is required for product delivery, compatibility, security or support. We do not use this information to sell personal data.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for store operation, legal obligations, fraud prevention and customer support. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect it.

Your choices

You may contact REDACTOR STUDIO support to ask a privacy question or request help with information connected to your store activity. Some checkout or account requests may need to be handled directly by Tebex or the relevant platform provider.
